Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policies

*When booking an appointment online, you will be required to prepay 50% of the cost of your appointment as a deposit. You may choose to prepay the entire amount or the remaining balance will be collected at the time of your service.

*If you cancel 24+ hours before your appointment, you will receive the full deposit amount credited back to the account you used.

*If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be retained as cancellation fee to the business.

*If you reschedule at any time, your prepayment will be held for the new appointment time. 2 rescheduled appointments will be considered a cancellation and any deposits made will be retained as cancellation fee to the business.

*At the time of your appointment, if you are not home or are unavailable, after a 15 minute grace period (which will be deducted from your service time) your session will be considered no call, no show and 100% of your service fee will be due.

Any fees that come due MUST be reconciled before you will be considered for another appointment.

*A travel fee of $50 will be added to appointments over a 30 mile radius from zip code 33777. (To inquire about appointments outside of this radius, please submit an email form for a price inquiry.) Body Rehab by B is not currently accepting new clientele South of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.

I reserve the right to refuse service and refund any prepaid fees (if applicable) to anyone for any potential appointment at any time.

By booking an appointment online or through myself, you agree to these terms.

Outdoor massage sessions during summer months:

If you'd like to have your massage session performed outdoors during the months of April- September, your service charge will be double. (Example: A service charge of $100 would total $200.)

In addition, you must notify me of your intent to be outdoors before the day of your session.

Areas considered to be outdoors: A back porch or covered patio area, sun rooms, patio enclosures.
