My techniques and approach to massage have been cultivated through training and my belief that massage is an important preventative and restorative measure of self-care. My work is based more on fixing the pain points and problem areas wholly as opposed to just focusing in on smaller areas of the body or relaxation only. Therefore, I do not offer JUST swedish massage. Each session is customized to the needs of your body at that time and multiple modalities may be used to create your desired results.
